Thinking the Future of Money in the Humanities: Hosting a Conversation

As we move into a "cashless society" and as urgent questions are asked about how money and finance shape how we relate to the environment, what is the future of money - and how can research in the arts and humanities help us to see towards that future?

We reflect on conversations with scholars and practitioners taking different approaches to money and finance across the arts and humanities, and open up a conversation about the next steps. What questions about money should the arts and humanities be addressing, and what do our various disciplines have to offer?

Supported by a Royal Society of Edinburgh networking grant.
